Black Magic
Ingredients
- 510 mg Activated charcoal (two 260mg capsules)
- 30 ml Honey syrup (one part honey, one part water)
- 55 ml Fresh lime juice
- 70 ml Beet juice
Method

In a small bowl, break apart the charcoal capsules and discard the outer layer.
Whisk together the charcoal and honey syrup until combined (it will be jet black in colour).
In a shaker, combine the charcoal-honey syrup with the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
