Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order for either a full refund or an exchange.

To begin your return, simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to create your return label.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of receipt.
• In perfect, unworn condition.
• Free from marks, damage, perfumes or odours.
• Returned with all original Swing Out Sister Golf tags attached.
• Returned in the original Swing Out Sister Golf packaging, wherever possible.

Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves us, and all returned items are checked upon receipt to ensure they meet our returns policy.

UK Returns

• Exchanges are FREE.
• Returns for a refund are charged at £4.50, which covers the cost of your return label.

International Returns

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £15.60, which covers the cost of your return label

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £15.60, which covers the cost of your return label

• Canada

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £25.50, which covers the cost of your return label

• Australia/Oceania

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £29.80, which covers the cost of your return label

• North America

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £35.25, which covers the cost of your return label

• Returns for a refund or exchange are charged at £32.75, which covers the cost of your return label
